This particular challis rayon in solid black is the softest challis rayon I have ever, ever felt. Challis rayon is a plant-based fiber, making it a little fussy to wash. You'll want to handwash (cold) and line dry to avoid shrinkage. If you accidentally throw this dress in the dryer, hit it with an iron and it will return to its original size.
Recommendations on fit: with this dress, you can choose your vibe. Do you want it loose and oversized or more fitted Size up or down accordingly and remember that the primary silhouette is created through the bust as the hips are free.
